Schedule 14D-9

Mexico City, Mexico, June 24 2021- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., ('OMA' or the 'Company') (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), as a follow-up to the press releases dated June 7, 11, 16, and 21, 2021, informs that it has filed today the third amendment to Schedule 14D-9 (the 'Third Amendment'), with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the 'SEC').
