Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:GAP B) commences share repurchases on March 1, 2021, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Ordinary General Meeting held on July 1, 2020. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to MXN 1,550 million worth of its shares. The repurchase authorization will be valid for 12 months.
Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico, S.A.B. de C.V. is a holding company. The Company holds concessions to operate, maintain and develop approximately 10 international airports in the Pacific and Central regions of Mexico, and an international airport in Jamaica. The Company's segments include Guadalajara, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta, San Jose del Cabo, Montego Bay, Hermosillo, Bajio, Other Airports and Others Companies.
