ASUR Announces Total Passenger Traffic for June 2021

Compared with pre-pandemic levels of June 2019, passenger traffic declined 7.1% in Mexico and

15.6% in Colombia, and increased 13.7% in Puerto Rico

Mexico City, July 6, 2021 - Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: ASR;

BMV: ASUR) ASUR, a leading international airport group with operations in Mexico, the U.S. and Colombia, today announced that that total passenger traffic for June 2021 reached a total of 4.6 million passengers, 5.1% below the 4.8 million passengers reported June 2019 which reflects a lower demand for travel in general and restrictions in certain countries of the world to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

When compared to pre-pandemic levels of June 2019, passenger traffic declined 7.1% in Mexico and 15.6% in Colombia, while traffic in Puerto Rico increased 13.7%.

This announcement reflects comparisons between June 1 through June 30, 2021, from June 1 through June 30, 2020 and June 1 through June 30, 2019. Transit and general aviation passengers are excluded for Mexico and Colombia.
