Mekitec Oy acquired Kanan Smart Solution from Grupo Bimbo, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:BIMBO A) on July 15, 2021. Kanan Smart Solution has a revenue of USD 1.8 million. The acquisition is including a software development team and local sales and service operations in Mexico. Bimbo Ventures, Grupo Bimbo’s venture arm, will now enable Mekitec to grow faster and increase its focus on baking solutions.
