NOTICE TO THE MARKET

CCR S.A. ('Company') (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, in compliance with CVM Instruction 358/02, as amended, that it has identified on the present date, in its e-mail [e-mail], a notice from Capital International Investors ('CII'), independent division of investors of Capital Research and Management Company, informing the increase in the equity interest under its management in common shares issued by the Company, from 100,885,340 common shares, corresponding to

4.99%, to manage a total of 105,635,340 common shares, representing 5.23% of this type of share.

The Company is not responsible for the content of the information presented in the notice.

The Company clarifies that it has identified systemic failures in receiving electronic messages on its e-mail server, which have already been duly solved and normalized.
