As Divisões de Rodovias (LamVias e InfraSP) serão unificadas e geridas pelo Diretor Sr. Eduardo Siqueira Moraes Camargo. O Diretor Sr. Fábio Russo Corrêa, que liderava a Divisão CCR InfraSP, de Rodovias no Estado de São Paulo, assume a Divisão CCR Aeroportos. A Diretora Sra. Cristiane Alexandra Lopes Gomes assume o cargo de CTO (Chief Technology Officer) na estrutura GBS.
A Companhia ressalta que estas mudanças são importantes para o fortalecimento e a perenidade dos seus negócios, garantindo uma estrutura mais eficiente, que confere mais autonomia e agilidade na tomada de decisões do Grupo CCR.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET
CCR S.A. ("Company") (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) hereby announces, to its shareholders and to the market in general, the structural changes in the Highways, Airports and Global Business Service departments. The Highway Divisions (LamVias and InfraSP) will be combined and managed by the Executive Officer, Mr. Eduardo Siqueira Moraes Camargo. The Executive Officer, Mr. Fábio Russo Corrêa, who previously managed the CCR InfraSP Division, of Highways in the State of São Paulo, becomes head of the CCR Airports Division. The Executive Board Ms. Cristiane Alexandra Lopes Gomes has assumed the position of Chief Technology Officer in the GBS structure.
The Company highlights that these modifications are important for the strengthening and continuity of its business, ensuring a more efficient structure, which provides more autonomy and agility in the decision-making process of the CCR Group.
