In May 2022, CCR started the annual training plan on the compliance program aimed to Administrative Contracts who provide services to Grupo CCR (those who have access to CCR's systems).
CCR's compliance department carries out third-party risk analysis (due diligence), classifying third parties into high, medium, and low risk. Of the 3,581 contracts with high-risk suppliers and partners, 3,552 were analyzed.
The number of reports filed on the Whistleblowing Channel (1Q22 compared to 2Q22) reflects the Employees' trust in the system, considering the internal communication campaign about the Whistleblowing Channel, the Compliance Teams' visits to the Units, and the in-person training sessions held. Moreover, in March and April 2022, CCR started operations in 15 new airports.
Compliance Ambassadors are employees of Grupo CCR working at the Units, close to the operations, and key to the dissemination of the Company's ethics and integrity culture and to provide capillarity and effectiveness to the Compliance Program. They receive specific training to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, adding value to the ESG agenda. We expect to have at least 40 ambassadors by the end of 2022, distributed in the three modals of Grupo CCR (mobility, roads, and airports).
Compliance Monitoring aims at testing the adherence of the Company's activities to policies and rules. The company performs transactional tests that are reported to CAC. Non-compliances are addressed through action plans, aimed at the owners of the identified risks.
The Compliance area is responsible for preparing and reviewing all normative instruments of Grupo CCR (policies, rules, procedures, and normative instructions).
