CCRO3.SA), em continuidade ao Fato Relevante e à ata de reunião do Conselho de Administração de 16 de agosto de 2022, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, na presente data, o Sr. Marco Antonio Souza Cauduro deixou a Diretoria da Companhia, tendo sido eleito para ocupar interinamente o cargo de Diretor Presidente da CCR o Sr. Waldo Edwin Perez Leskovar, que acumulará o referido cargo com as suas atuais funções de Diretor Financeiro e de Relações com Investidores até a conclusão do processo de seleção de um novo Diretor Presidente, conduzido pelo Conselho de Administração da Companhia.

CCR S.A. ("Company" or "CCR") (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), in continuity to the Material Fact and the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting of August 16, 2022, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, today, Mr. Marco Antonio Souza Cauduro has officially left the Company's Executive Board and the position of Chief Executive Officer of CCR will be temporarily filled by Mr. Waldo Edwin Perez Leskovar, who will accumulate the aforementioned role with his current duties as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer until the selection process for a new Chief Executive Officer, which is being conducted by the Company's Board of Directors, has been concluded.
