UNUSUAL FLUCTUATION IN THE CAPITAL STOCK OF GRUPO CEMENTOS DE CHIHUAHUA, S.A.B. DE C.V.
Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, May 15th, 2015. Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de C.V. ("GCC") informs to the market that there is no relevant information to announce and that the stock's trading activity registered today, corresponds to operations done by other investors, and the Company was not involved in those transactions.
To the best knowledge of the Company, and according to the legal procedures applicable to Mexican Stock Exchange issuers, today's transactions did not have participation of any Director or Officer of the Company, or activity from the Company's repurchased shares fund. If the Company receives any additional information, it will be informed no later than the next business day, by the usual means and following applicable legal procedures.
