Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México, March 29, 2017. Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de C.V. ("GCC") (BMV: GCC*) a leading producer of cement and ready mix in markets in the United States and Mexico, informs that for compliance of article 34, section I, last paragraph of the General provisions applicable to issuers of securities and other securities market participants, in order to include a comparison of pro forma financial statements derived from the corporate restructurings carried out during 2016, the financial information report for the fourth quarter of 2016 is forwarded.
