Grupo de Moda SOMA S.A. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was BRL 1,205.38 million compared to BRL 506.57 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 118.05 million compared to BRL 66.18 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.24 compared to BRL 0.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.24 compared to BRL 0.15 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was BRL 2,223.04 million compared to BRL 860.2 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 160.58 million compared to BRL 81.03 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.33. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.33.
