SANJOSE will carry out maintenance services of Adif buildings and facilities in the Northwest Zone (Lot 1)

Adif has awarded the joint venture formed by SANJOSE Constructora and Tecnocontrol Servicios the contract for maintenance, upkeep, repairs, and regulatory inspections of sundry facilities in buildings and maintenance centres in the area of the Conventional Network, Metric Width, and High-Speed lines managed by Adif and Adif AV.
The awarded lot is Lot No. 1, corresponding to the Northwest Operations Subdirectorate (Galicia, Asturias, and Western Castilla y Leon) and covers 136 buildings or facilities, of which 85 correspond to the Conventional Network and 51 to the metric gauge network.
