Grupo Carso, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:GCARSO A1) completed the acquisition of additional 13.1% minority stake in Grupo Sanborns, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV : GSANBOR B-1) for MXN 7.7 billion.

Grupo Carso, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:GCARSO A1) offers to acquire additional 13.2253% stakes in Grupo Sanborns, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:GSANBOR B-1) for MXN 7.7 billion on November 22, 2022. Grupo Carso, SAB de CV will acquire upto 297.09 million shares at an offer price of MXN 26 per share. The offer period shall be from November 23, 2022 to December 22, 2022.

Grupo Carso, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:GCARSO A1) completed the acquisition of additional 13.1% stake in Grupo Sanborns, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV : GSANBOR B-1) for MXN 7.7 billion on December 22, 2022. Pursuant to transaction, Grupo Carso acquired 294.5 million additional shares, increasing its ownership to 99.99% in Grupo Sanborns.
