BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) _ Grupo Supervielle SA (SUPV) on Wednesday reported a second-quarter loss of $3.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The bank, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, said it had a loss of 4 cents per share.
The financial services provider posted revenue of $285.5 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $149.3 million, which did not meet Street forecasts.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $2.32. A year ago, they were trading at $2.44.
