BIS, DEL REGOLAMENTO EMITTENTI

Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. rende nota la nuova composizione del capitale sociale e dei diritti di voto alla data del 20 aprile 2021, a seguito della cancellazione della maggiorazione in relazione a n. 72.000 azioni ordinarie che avevano precedentemente maturato il diritto, ai sensi dell'art. 127- quinquies del D.Lgs. 98/1998 ("TUF") e di quanto previsto dall'art. 11bis dello Statuto Sociale.

Si comunica inoltre in previsione dell'Assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria degli Azionisti convocata, in unica convocazione, il 29 aprile 2021, l'ammontare complessivo dei diritti di voto, con indicazione del numero di azioni che compongono il capitale, alla data di cui all'art. 83-sexies, comma 2 del D.Lgs. 58/98 (c.d. "record date")

In addition, the Issuer communicates, in view of the ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting on April 29, 2021, the total amount of the voting rights, together with the number of shares of which the capital is composed, at the date referred to in Article 83-sexies, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 58/98 (i.e. the "record date").
