GSK plc Declares Fourth Interim Dividend for 2022, Payable on 13 April 2023; Provides Dividend Guidance for the Year 2023

The Board of GSK plc has declared a fourth interim dividend for 2022 of 13.75 pence per share (fourth quarter of 2021: 28.75p per share retrospectively adjusted) for the Share Consolidation. The ex-dividend date will be 23 February 2023, with a record date of 24 February 2023 and a payment date of 13 April 2023.

For full year 2023, the Company expects to pay dividend of 56.5 pence per share.
