Fengcheng Dongpeng Ceramics Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 600,000,000 in funding on November 23, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Guangdong Dongpeng Holdings Co., Ltd. (SZSE:003012) which will continue to own 100% stake in the company. The funding will go to increase the registered capital of the company. The transaction has been approved on the fourth meeting of the fourth board of directors and the third meeting of the fourth board of supervisors of the investor.
Guangdong Dongpeng Holdings Co Ltd is a company engaged in production and sales of household products. The Company's main products are ceramic tiles comprised of glazed and unglazed tiles. The Company is also involved in production of sanitary ware products which include sanitary ceramics and sanitary products, such as toilets, wash basins, bathtubs and faucets. The Company sells its products to both domestic and international markets, including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany and Italy.
