Foshan Dongpeng Ceramics Co., Ltd announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 100,000,000 on November 23, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Guangdong Dongpeng Holdings Co., Ltd. (SZSE:003012) to retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved in the fourth meeting of the fourth board of directors and the third meeting of the fourth board of supervisors of the investor. Post the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 65,000,000 to CNY 165,000,000.
Guangdong Dongpeng Holdings Co Ltd is a company engaged in production and sales of household products. The Company's main products are ceramic tiles comprised of glazed and unglazed tiles. The Company is also involved in production of sanitary ware products which include sanitary ceramics and sanitary products, such as toilets, wash basins, bathtubs and faucets. The Company sells its products to both domestic and international markets, including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany and Italy.
