Ye Zuqu signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 5.06% stake of Guangdong Guoli Sci & Tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300716) from Dongguan Yonglu Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 64.2 million on April 8, 2021. Ye Zuqu will purchase 8.1 million shares at a price of CNY 7.92 per share. Within 3 transaction days after the signing of the agreement, will pay CNY 30 million to the Dongguan’s designated account, the transfer price of CNY 34.2 million shall be paid to the Dongguan’s designated account within 30 days after the completion of the transfer and registration of the target shares subject to obtaining the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s share agreement transfer confirmation opinion or no objection.
