Guangdong - Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Dai Yiyi ("Mr. Dai") has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of audit committee of the Board in place of Mr. Zhao with effect from 19 March 2021.
