Notification of publication of 2017 Annual Report, Circular on the General Mandates for the Issue of Shares and the Repurchase of Shares, Re-election of Directors and Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Current Corporate Communications")

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Concord Room, 8th Floor, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong, One Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on Friday, 15 June 2018 at 3:00 p.m. The English and Chinese versions of the Current Corporate Communications of the Company are available on the website of the Company atwww.gdi.com.hk(the "Website"). You may now access the Current Corporate Communications by clicking the "Financial Reports/ESG Reports" and "Announcements & Circulars" under the "Investor Relations" section at the Website and viewing the documents through Adobe® Reader®.

If you would like to receive printed version(s) of the Current Corporate Communications, please complete and sign the Request Form on the reverse side of this letter and return it to the Company c/o the Company's share registrar, Tricor Tengis Limited (the "Share Registrar"), at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong by hand, or by post using the mailing label (for pre-paid postage in Hong Kong) at the bottom of the Request Form.
