Guangdong Xinyu Crafts & Toys Co., Ltd. acquired 4.89% stake in Chenghai Rural Credit Cooperatives from Guangdong Orient Zirconic Ind Sci & Tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002167) for approximately CNY 120 million on January 2, 2018. Guangdong Orient Zirconic Ind Sci & Tech Co., Ltd. sold 43 million shares at CNY 2.8 per share and now holds 6.5 million shares in Chenghai Rural Credit Cooperatives. The transaction is not subject to shareholders’ approval of Guangdong Orient Zirconic Ind Sci & Tech Co., Ltd. for which a waiver has been approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
