Zhuhai Honglu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 12.75% stake in Guangdong Piano Customized Furniture Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002853) from Ma Libin for approximately CNY 350 million on October 17, 2022.
Zhuhai Honglu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) completed the acquisition of12.75% stake in Guangdong Piano Customized Furniture Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002853) from Ma Libin on December 22, 2022. Zhuhai Honglu acquired 23.8 million shares of Guangdong Piano. On December 23, 2022, the Guangdong Piano received the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation Letter" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch provided by Ma Libin. The transfer registration procedures for the first share transfer have been completed
