Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300415) signed a cooperation framework agreement to acquire 80.1% stake in Shanghai Kawaguchi Machinery Co., Ltd. from Kawaguchi,Ltd., Kawaguchi Yoshihisa and Kawaguchi Masanori for $0.28 million on April 7, 2016. Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery is using self-owned capital for the transaction. The transaction does not need approvals of the Directorate and the shareholders’ meeting.
