Guangzhou KDT Machinery Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002833) signed equity transfer contract to acquire Guangzhou Yaguan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from Guangzhou Guanyu Aluminum Foil Packing Materials Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 180 million recently. Under the agreement, Guangzhou KDT Machinery Co.,Ltd. shall pay CNY 169.11 million on the day when industrial and commercial change registration formalities is completed and the business license is obtained. The remaining CNY 10 million shall be payable within five working days from the date of completion.
