EPM Venus announced that it expects to receive CNY 61.562142 million in funding from Guangzhou Sie Consulting Co., Ltd.

EPM Venus announced that it has entered into an agreement for a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 61,562,141.77 out of which, CNY 18,979,591.84 will be added to the registered capital of the company, on December 1, 2020. The transaction will include participation from new investor Guangzhou Sie Consulting Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300687). Post the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 30,000,000 to CNY 48,979,591.84.

The Company mainly provides information technology solutions and services for the Groups and customers of manufacturing, retail, service and other industries.
