Shanghai Yuexiu Finance Leasing Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 2,000,0000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 9, 2020. The transaction included participation from returning investors Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000987) for CNY 1,500,000,000 and Xinghao Co., Ltd. for CNY 500,000,000. The transaction has been approved by the 7th meeting of the ninth board of directors of Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000987) and is subject to its shareholders' approval.
On December 25, 2020, the transaction has been approved by shareholders of Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000987) in its 5th special shareholders’ meeting of 2020.
