On March 2, 2021, Shanghai Yuexiu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company has completed the registratoin modification procedures for the capital increase and obtained the business license. The registered capital of the company increased from CNY1,000,000,000 to CNY 3,000,000,000.
