Deng Daixing agreed to acquire additional 5.01% stake in GuiZhouYongJi Printing Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603058) from Guizhou Yongji Holdings Co., Ltd. for CNY 160.23 million on April 7, 2023. The specific price is CNY 7.63 per share, and the total transfer price is CNY 160.23 million. After the transfer completion, Deng Daixing will hold 23,481,500 shares of the company (accounting for 5.60%), Yongji Holdings will hold 151,566,200 shares (accounting for 36.17%) of the company's shares. The transferee shall pay all the share transfer price to the transferor within 36 months from the date of completion of the transfer registration procedures of the subject share agreement transfer.
