Gyldendal A/S (CPSE:GYLD B) agreed to acquire 60% stake in MentorDanmark ApS from Nicklas Kany and Chresten Koed for DKK 57 million on December 12, 2018. The consideration will be paid in cash at closing. After closing, a capital increase in MentorDanmark of DKK 10 million will be implemented. MentorDanmark continues as an independent company and Substy is separated as an independent subsidiary of MentorDanmark. Nicklas Kany, Chief Executive Officer of MentorDanmark and Chresten Koed, Chief Financial Officer of MentorDanmark, will continue as company management and as co-owners in MentorDanmark. The deal is expected to close on January 7, 2019. There will be no changes in the expectations for the Gyldendal Group for revenue and profit before tax for 2018.
