ST PAUL, Minn. (AP) _ H. B. Fuller Co. (FUL) on Wednesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $64.7 million.

The St Paul, Minnesota-based company said it had profit of $1.18 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.09 per share.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.06 per share.

The adhesives company posted revenue of $897.4 million in the period, which also topped Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $897.3 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $175.3 million, or $3.23 per share. Revenue was reported as $3.28 billion.

H. B. Fuller expects full-year earnings in the range of $4 to $4.25 per share.
