H.I.G. ACQUISITION CORP. Derichebourg Environnement SAS agreed to acquire Groupe Ecore Holding S.A.S. from H.I.G. Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:HIGA) on December 30, 2020. Derichebourg Environnement SAS entered into an agreement to acquire Groupe Ecore Holding S.A.S. from H.I.G. Acquisition Corp.
on March 1, 2021. The transaction will be effective after obtaining approval from the competent merger control authorities. The transaction is expected to closed on December 30, 2021.
BNP Paribas Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to Derichebourg and Sycomore Corporate Finance SAS acted as financial advisor to H.I.G. Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:HIGA).
