Group Holdings Inc, formerly Miraca Holdings Inc is a Japan-based holding company engaged in manufacture and sale of clinical test drugs, entrusted clinical examination and sterilization related business. The Company operates in four business segments. The Outsourced Clinical Testing segment accepts special tests from medical institutions. The Clinical Laboratory Medicine segment manufactures and sells clinical laboratory medicines and sells them to medical institutions and contract clinical laboratory companies. The Sterilization segment mainly entrusts the sterilization of medical equipment used for medical treatment in hospitals of large-scale hospitals and the related operations.
