Board Meeting r Announcement of Financial Results r the First Quarter ended March 31, 2022

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Habib Bank Limited will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at HBL Corporate Office, F-14, Block-5, Cliſton, Karachi, to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from April 14, 2022 to April 20, 2022 as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inrm the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
