Haidilao International Holding Ltd. announced that, since the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, a number of provinces and municipalities in China have activated level I ­ the highest-level response to major public health emergencies and adopted various strict measures to curb the spread of the Epidemic. As part of the efforts to facilitate the prevention and control of the Epidemic and ensure the health and safety of the employees and customers, the board of directors of the Company announced that the Company has decided to suspend operation of restaurants in the Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) temporarily from January 26, 2020 to January 31, 2020. If the suspension needs to be extended in response to the development of the Epidemic and relevant government policies, the Company will make further announcements in due course.
