HAL BEVESTIGT DAT EEN BEURSGANG VAN

COOLBLUE WORDT OVERWOGEN

HAL bevestigt dat er een beursgang (IPO) van de aandelen Coolblue op Euronext Amsterdam wordt overwogen. Op dit moment wordt verwacht dat deze IPO in 2021 kan plaatsvinden. Dit zal onder meer afhankelijk zijn van de omstandigheden op de financiële markten.

HAL heeft thans een belang van 49% in Coolblue. De omzet van de onderneming over 2020 bedroeg ongeveer € 2 miljard en de EBITDA € 114 miljoen (niet door de externe accountant gecontroleerd).
