Hammerson : launches penthouse office accommodation in the heart of Dundrum

The Loft is set to be Dundrum Town Centre's newest Grade A office offering, at a penthouse level with panoramic views over the city.

Hammerson, on behalf of the Dundrum Partnership, has today launched The Loft, new premium office space of approximately 11,300 sq ft (1,050 sq m) in Dundrum Town Centre.

Due to be delivered in April 2020, the penthouse accommodation is being created within the Pembroke District, Dundrum's exciting dining, events and leisure quarter. CBRE and Savills have been appointed as joint letting agents.

The Loft will offer contemporary open plan office accommodation with access to a unique private roof terrace extending to 3,440 sq ft (320 sq m) and spanning the length of the floorplate, presenting a perfect setting for hosting events with panoramic views across Dublin. Last week it was also announced that Ireland's leading luxury retailer Brown Thomas will be opening a new flagship store in Dundrum Town Centre in 2021.

With over 120 stores and 45 restaurants, Dundrum Town Centre is Ireland's premier retail and leisure destination providing a mix of convenience and fashion retail, food and beverage, leisure and fitness facilities.

The accessibility of Dundrum will be of particular appeal to occupiers. The Green Line Luas offers direct access to the city centre, reaching St. Stephen's Green in approximately 15 minutes. The area also benefits from close proximity to the M50 motorway and seven Dublin Bus routes.
