Hanergy Thin Film Power Group Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in electricity-related businesses. The Company operates through two segments. Manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacture of equipment and turnkey production lines for the manufacture of amorphous silicon-based and copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) thin film solar photovoltaic modules, as well as the technological development and production of GaAs thin film power turnkey production lines. Downstream segment is engaged in the construction of solar farms, rooftop power stations, household systems and small- to medium-sized enterprises commercial systems, the sales of power stations, the operation of rooftop power stations, the sales of solar photovoltaic panels, the sales of application products, the sales of electricity, as well as the provision of engineering services.
