Hang Lung Properties : Olympia 66 Formally Opens For Business Today Reinforces Hang Lung Properties’ Presence in North-eastern China

　
(Hong Kong, December 18, 2015) Hang Lung Properties' eighth world-class commercial project in mainland China, Olympia 66 in Dalian, formally opens for business today. This latest addition to our Mainland portfolio reinforces Hang Lung's well-established presence in north-eastern China, joining the Company's Forum 66 and Palace 66 developments in Shenyang.

Olympia 66 offers 222,000 square meters of premium retail area plus 1,200 car parking spaces. The mall is ideally situated next to Dalian's Olympic Square, on 66 Wusi Lu in Xigang District, one of the most prominent commercial thoroughfares in the city. Thanks to its ideal location, outstanding architectural design and diversified trade-mix, Olympia 66 is destined to become a new iconic landmark in Dalian.

A total of 30% of the tenants are internationally renowned brands, while nearly 40 brands are making their debut in Dalian, including American fashion designer Ralph Lauren Kids, famous chocolatier Godiva and sportswear brand Adidas Neighbourhood. Popular Swedish fashion label COS will also unveil its duplex flagship store at the mall. Other renowned brands include Emporio Armani, Hugo Boss, Coach, Montblanc, Omega, Moschino, Gucci Timepieces and jewelry, G. Givenchy, Kiehl's, 10/10Apothecary, PANDORA, SWAROVSKI and UGG. Olympia 66 will continue to present new brands and surprises to cater for discerning customers who are seeking a superior quality lifestyle. In addition, Dalian's first and only Broadway Cineplex, PALACE, is expected to open its doors in the first quarter of 2016. A series of promotional activities, including a wealth of gift and promotional offers, will be launched at the opening and also during the Christmas season.
