Hangzhou CNCR-IT Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300250) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 150 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 15 per share. The shares repurchased will be used for equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership plans. The program will be valid for 12 months.
Hangzhou CNCR-IT Co.,Ltd is a China-based provider of access solutions. The Company mainly operates through two segments, which are Data Access and Data Services. The Data Access segment mainly provides large customer information access systems and radio and television broadband access information systems. The Data Service segment mainly provide value-added services, data mining, acquisition and analysis, broadcasting and control platform operation and application services. The Company distributes its products mainly in domestic market.
