An unknown buyer acquired 3.85% stake in Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A002320) from Chosun Refractories Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A000480) for KRW 24.5 billion on December 26, 2018. A total of 0.46 million shares will be acquired for KRW 53155 per share. Chosun Refractories Co.,Ltd. will hold 0.12 million shares after the deal.
