Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A002320) signed a contract to acquire Joongbu Daejeon Freight Terminal Co., Ltd for KRW 30.6 billion on April 20, 2016. The transaction requires approval of the contract related parties as prerequisite decision condition and this will be carried out under the agreement of concerned parties. The Board of Directors of Hanjin Transportation passed a resolution on the transaction on April 20, 2016. The scheduled acquisition date is December 31, 2016. The transaction is now expected to close on March 15, 2017. As on February 3, 2017, Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A002320) will acquire 0.988 million shares at KRW 31000 per share.
