(SHSE:600375) for CNY 40 million on August 27, 2021. As of December 31, 2020, the total assets of Shanghai Ronghe Electronic Technology Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. were CNY 51.7222 million, net assets are CNY 606.6728 million, operating income of CNY 660.9586 million and net profit of CNY 78.8152 million. The transaction has been approved by BOD of Hanma Technology Group Co.,Ltd.
