HANMI Semiconductor Co., Ltd sold 0.588 million shares in the transaction. The Board of HANMI Semiconductor Co passed the resolution on September 30, 2011. For the year ended on December 31, 2010, Hanmi Motors Co reported the net sales of KRW 33.373 billion, net loss of KRW 0.173 million, total assets of KRW 23.09 billion, total equity of KRW 9.045 billion and operation income-cash basis of negative of KRW 2.998 billion. The transaction is expected to close on November 7, 2011.
