Hannans Ltd (ASX: HNR) (Hannans or the Company) advises Shareholders that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 26 November 2021.

The Notice of Meeting for the AGM will be released on 25 October 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election and appointment of directors. Nominations for the election of new Directors must be received no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Tuesday, 26 October 2021 at Hannans' registered office or via email.
