Yue-ma NO.1 Investment Corp. announced a private placement of 45,000,000 preferred shares at a price of $1 per share for gross proceeds of $45,000,000 on May 4, 2017. The transaction will include participation from existing investor HannStar Display Corporation (TSEC:6116).
