The Company plans to supply a range of high-quality, specialty nutritional powders to customers in the food & beverage sector. Property Settlements: As announcement on 4 June 2021, Happy Valley completed the settlement of Woolly Farm, covering 142 hectares. This was the final property acquisition before the Company commences the construction of the Facility, planned for the second half of CY 2021. The Company's total land holding is now 315 hectares. The site where the Facility will be constructed is complemented with 297 hectares of farmland primarily for the purpose of irrigating wastewater from the Facility. Earthworks As reported in late March, the Company budgeted AUD 7 million (NZD 7.4 million) for first stage earthworks and these are advancing to plan and budget. Happy Valley plans to have earthworks to a stage that allows plant construction to commence in Fourth Quarter CY 2021. Customer update: As announced on 8 June 2021, Happy Valley concluded a binding conditional contract to supply nutritional products to Burt Lewis Ingredients LLC (BLI) once certain operational and quality conditions have been satisfied. This is a major development for Happy Valley and an important vote of confidence from a global distributor specialising in dairy ingredients, based in Chicago, USA. Refer to the Company's ASX announcement on 8 June 2021 for further information. Happy Valley has also entered a multiyear conditional agreement with a global nutrition company to supply nutritional powder manufactured at its Facility. This is subject to certain conditions on completion of construction and approval of formulations, at which stage minimum volumes and forecasts will be agreed.
