Premier announces today that an application has been made for the re-admission of the Company's existing 925,532,809 ordinary shares ('Readmission') and the admission of 17,585,119,330 new ordinary shares ('New Ordinary Shares') ('Admission') to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 1 April 2021. The New Ordinary Shares will be issued to Chrysaor shareholders and creditors of Premier and its subsidiaries.

Immediately following Readmission and Admission, the Company will have 18,510,652,139 ordinary shares in issue each with a nominal value of 0.0001 pence and therefore the total voting rights of the Company will be 18,510,652,139. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The issuance of the New Ordinary Shares is subject to the completion of the merger with Chrysaor, which is expected later today.
