Hargreaves Services plc announced the appointment of Simon Hicks as an Executive Director and the Group's Chief Operating Officer, effective from June 1, 2025. Simon Hicks brings extensive experience from his previous roles in infrastructure, energy, utilities, and construction firms, including Evero Energy, Altrad, and Bilfinger. His initial focus will be on the creation and delivery of value within the Group's Services business unit.
Additionally, David Anderson, Group Property Director, has retired from the Board effective May 31, 2025. David Anderson has been an integral part of Hargreaves since November 2018, significantly contributing to the growth and development of Hargreaves Land. He will continue to support a smooth transition and expects to assist the business as a specialist consultant on certain projects.
