Hargreaves Services plc announced an update regarding the timing of the publication of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2024. The Group and its auditor have agreed that additional time is required to complete the audit procedures in respect of the Group's German joint venture, Hargreaves Raw Materials Services GmbH (?HRMS?). Consequently, the Group now expects to announce its results no later than 6 August 2024, delayed from the previously announced date of 31 July 2024.
The Board continues to expect to report results at least in line with market expectations.
